The C-Hawk Spectacular: JAM for the VAN Dinner and Auction was held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at California Lutheran High School.
What a fun evening of fun, food, fundraising, and fellowship all while benefitting a great cause! With music, food and fun, we enjoyed a night in a swanky jazz club, New Orleans Style!
In 2004, CLHS held its very first C-Hawk Spectacular: Jam for the Van Fundraising Dinner and Auction with great success. 20 years later we are looking to repeat and EXCEED that success with JAM FOR THE VAN 2.0 in 24! This year’s event was held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 raising funds for a 15 passenger van and tuition assistance. We’ve set a goal of $60,000.
Our need for a new vans is urgent. Our current vehicles are aging and in need of replacement. Used for transporting students to athletic events, visiting churches with the choir, tours and so much more, our vans are an essential part of our daily schedule at CLHS. While the purchase of one used van would be a great addition to our fleet, we’d love to raise enough for TWO vans to replace our oldest vehicles.
Additionally, our tuition assistance program continues to grow. We’d love for everyone who wants to attend CLHS to be able to afford our tuition. Currently the need for assistance is greater than we are able to provide, leaving families with tough choices.
